Holidays & Leaves

      First One Year

      • National & Festival Holidays – 07 days per annum.
      • Casual Leaves – 12 days per annum (pro-rated from date of joining).
      • Weekly Off – Staff are entitled for a weekly off on Sunday / any other day of the week as per the discretion of Department Head
      After One year

      • Earned Leave – 22 days per annum (credited in January every year)
      • Sick Leave – 04 days per annum
      • Restricted Holiday – On completion of one year as on 1st January employees are eligible to choose 5 Restricted holiday (extra holiday) as per their choice
      • Maternity Leave – 26 weeks

Night Allowance

Staff working in night shift are eligible for Night shift allowance as per the policy

Leave Encashment

Employees completing 5 years of service in the company are eligible to en-cash their leaves twice in a year.

Personnel Improvement Reimbursement

Employees who are good in their work as assessed by Supervisors are eligible for personnel improvement reimbursement between 1% to 8% of their annual CTC on successful completion of one year

Pick up and Drop facility – (Railway Station to CPL and back)

For employees working in head office (CPL), bus facility is provided from nearest station to Office and vice-verse.

Canteen Facility

Company runs its own canteen to ensure that hygiene and good quality food is provided to employees. Employees can avail this subsidized canteen services in view of good health of self and financials management


Company supports its outstation employees by providing accommodation facility in its vicinity. Rs. 5,000 deposit is to be paid and monthly HRA is deducted against this facility.

Health Insurance Premium Reimbursement

Employees completing one year of continuous service are eligible to get Health Insurance (Mediclaim) Premium reimbursed from the Company by submitting the prescribed backups as per eligibility.

Ombudsman for Women Safety

Women protection committee is decided and protocols are set regards to filing a complaint on particular issue, certain powers are entrusted on committee members.

Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP)

ESOP scheme has been introduced in the year 2014-15, as a reward for those employees who continue in the service of the company for a specific minimum period and contribute to the company’s growth, as per ESOP policy of the organization.
