  • Determines business operational strategies by reviewing current workload and team capacity to Accomplishes human resource objectives of the department by recruiting, selecting, orienting,
  • achieved excellent in client service and support. Training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job
  • Prepares team performance reports by consolidating, reviewing, and summarizing data and contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Maintains professional and technical knowledge about core business and keeping the team rends. Work on improving efficiency and quality of output. Abreast with frequent interactions & briefing Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for achieving operational and business
  • Keep management updated at all times about operational achievements, progress and excellence. challenges
  • Meet periodically with the core team to review and strategize about how to improve the relationships and serve the clients
  • Auditing data collected of clients, recorded voice calls, Email communications; reviewing scripts & templates for client interactions




Skill Set :

  • Prior experience as a Team Leader/ office in a call Centre / BPO set up will be preferred
  • Having worked for a healthcare service provider in a similar capacity will be a plus
  • Should have prior experience of managing a team size of 25 - 30 people.
  • Ability to follow the system, process and policies to ensure seamless service to customers and clients
  • To approach and deal with customer grievances and feedback with sensitivity
  • To be able to quickly priorities jobs under pressure, and be able to anticipate the changing needs of customers and clients.
  • Excellent presentation, summarizing and briefing skills are vital
