Job Description

  • Recruits, Trains, Monitors and Enhances team for customer support
  • Ensures customer support processes are timely reviewed to latest expectations of customer and management
  • Maintain highest quality of customer service at all times by maintain keen watch on customer feedback
  • To manage files and MIS tables as per management requirements for review and decision making
  • Identifies and coaches resources with the required caliber time to time

Person Specifications:

  • Must have team handling experience for minimum 2 yrs
  • Capable to handle 20 - 70 team members
  • Should be comfortable with 6 days working

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
