- Recruits, Trains, Monitors and Enhances team for customer support
- Ensures customer support processes are timely reviewed to latest expectations of customer and management
- Maintain highest quality of customer service at all times by maintain keen watch on customer feedback
- To manage files and MIS tables as per management requirements for review and decision making
- Identifies and coaches resources with the required caliber time to time
- Must have team handling experience for minimum 2 yrs
- Capable to handle 20 - 70 team members
- Should be comfortable with 6 days working
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
