- Conduct Orientation sessions and arrange on the job training for new hires.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedure to do training need analysis.
- Define and map the competency of personnel of various vertical of the company as per the departmental needs
- Should have had experience of teaching or training for minimum of 3 years in the science domain
- Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff.
- Review and evaluate training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Train the trainers for effective training programs and review mentorship ability of the trainers
- Constantly update knowledge in the field of Science in general and diagnostics in particular
- To Train instructors and supervisions in technique and skills for training and dealing with employees.
- Promote and conduct Diagnostic Industry and Laboratory public training programs
- Generate online learning and development modules through web training and other training tools
- Generate enough training literature to aid the training programs
