To frequently summarize on the client concerns and successful client business driven
Meet periodically with the core team to review, reflect, and strategize about how to improve the relationships and serve the clients.
Assist in the development of the annual business development plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each service and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the team, and promotion programme plans.
