You are allowed to re-appear for another round of interview after 9 months from the previous interview.
Your duty timings will depend upon the role given to you by your department head. However, please be informed that we work for 9 hours a day including 1 hour break.
Each employee is evaluated on a monthly basis by his Department Head. On the basis of the evaluation, the tasks to be given and his responsibility will be decided. As such each employee of the organization is appraised atleast once a year, but the appraisal given will only be decided on the productivity of the staff.
